Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed through our platform are forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment within 1-2 days. Products then ship directly to customers within 3–5 business days. Shipping details will be forwarded as soon as they are available. 

Grid Solar Solutions manages all customer inquiries, shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Return conditions and refund terms are agreed upon before accepting a return. Please contact info@mygridsolutions.com for a return authorization number.
