- Fast charging anywhere: The built‑in energy storage enables DC fast charging even when grid power is limited or unavailable. The mobile design eliminates the need for grid expansion, civil construction or transformer upgrades.
- Mobility & flexibility: Designed for roadside service, events and emergency backup; can be moved to where charging is needed.
- Battery & safety: A 55 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery (48S3P, 120 Ah) with liquid‑cooling, high‑precision temperature monitoring, smoke detection and insulation‑monitoring ensures ≥6 000 cycle life and safe operation.
- Output & compatibility: Provides up to 40 kW of DC fast‑charging power; wide 200–1 000 V output range allows compatibility with many EV platforms. Multi‑standard connectors (CCS1, CCS2, GB/T, CHAdeMO and NACS) meet international requirements.
- Control & user interface: Equipped with a 7‑inch touch screen, smart power management, peak‑shaving features and options for Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth/4G/Ethernet connectivity, RFID access control, plug‑and‑charge and app integration. Branding and UI can be customized.
-
Protection & ruggedness: IP54 protection and IK10 impact resistance, plus built‑in under‑/over‑voltage, over‑current, short‑circuit, over‑temperature and emergency‑stop protections, make it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
The charger uses a modular architecture: an energy layer (cells → modules → pack with BMS), power layer (pack → DC/DC converter → DC circuit → output port → EV), thermal layer (compressor, cold plate and coolant piping in a thermal loop), mobility layer (wheels, drive motor, brake system, remote‑control module) and a control layer with vehicle control unit (VCU), battery management system (BMS) and DC‑DC controller. This modular design supports reliable operation, thermal management and remote operation.
